Prohibited Content and Uses Policy

1. Illegal activity

You may not use the Services to break the law or help others break the law, including to:

• commit fraud, theft, scams, or deceptive commercial practices,
• evade regulations, court orders, sanctions, or law-enforcement restrictions,
• facilitate identity theft, impersonation, or false endorsement, or
• create or distribute content that is unlawful where it is made, accessed, or used.

2. Non-consensual voice cloning and impersonation

Do not upload a person's voice, create a clone, or generate speech that imitates a person unless you have the rights and consents required to do so. This includes celebrities, public figures, private individuals, coworkers, family members, and anyone else whose voice or identity could be imitated.

• Do not impersonate a real person in a misleading, fraudulent, or harmful way.
• Do not submit voice samples you do not own or control.
• Do not evade verification or consent requirements imposed by us or our providers.

3. Exploitation, abuse, and harmful conduct

You may not use the Services to create or support content involving:

• child sexual abuse material or any sexual exploitation of minors,
• grooming, trafficking, extortion, or coercive sexual content,
• credible threats, violent extremism, terrorism, or incitement to violence,
• instructions for serious physical harm, or
• targeted harassment, abuse, or intimidation of private individuals.

4. Fraud, scams, and deception

Do not use generated or cloned audio to mislead people about who is speaking or what is true, including for:

• fake customer support, banking, emergency, or government calls,
• investment scams, phishing, social engineering, or extortion,
• false advertising, fabricated endorsements, or misleading political persuasion, or
• forged evidence, fake recordings, or manipulated statements presented as authentic.

5. Privacy, rights, and intellectual property

You may not use the Services to violate intellectual property or personal rights, including to:

• infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or contractual rights,
• publish or expose private or confidential information without authorization,
• misrepresent authorship, source, or ownership of a manuscript or voice, or
• upload material when you do not have the rights needed for audiobook generation or cloning.

6. Dangerous or abusive platform use

You may not misuse the platform itself, including by attempting to:

• probe, scan, or access systems, accounts, or data without authorization,
• interfere with service integrity, availability, or security controls,
• scrape, automate, or abuse the Services in a way that bypasses limits or intended workflows, or
• use the Services in a way that violates the rules of Stripe, ElevenLabs, or any other provider we rely on.

7. Enforcement

We may review, block, remove, suspend, or report content or accounts that appear to violate this policy, our Terms of Service, or applicable law. We may also request proof of rights, identity, or consent before allowing a project or clone to proceed.
